ClearNord is developing a future platform for businesses that need to manage AI-supported communication, multilingual content, sensitive documents, and audit documentation within a single, controlled workflow.
Plattforms are tailored for document- and communication-intensive businesses with outward-facing services that require stronger control over how artificial intelligence is applied, how content is quality-assured, how sensitive information is handled, and how decisions are documented.

This is important because many businesses are already using AI tools, translation agencies, document processes, and internal approval routines, but the work is often fragmented. Files are sent via email. The use of AI is not always documented. Quality control is unpredictable, and terminology is difficult to manage. It can also be challenging to route sensitive content securely, and if questions arise afterward, it is difficult to prove how a document was actually handled.
ClearNord's goal is to make this process safer, faster, and easier to manage.
The platform will help teams keep track of which content requires review, whether AI can be used, which language versions are missing, whether sensitive data is involved, who needs to approve the content, and what documentation must be retained for compliance or audit purposes.
The platform is not intended to replace human judgment. It is designed to support those responsible for AI governance, public communications, translation, compliance, and document workflow by providing them with clearer checkpoints, improved routing, and more robust documentation.
The roadmap will be developed in stages over the next 18 to 24 months. ClearNord's current services – such as AI governance maturity assessments, implementation planning, linguistic compliance support, translation pilots, and human quality-assured translation – will help shape the platform's appearance.
To build the platform in a responsible manner, ClearNord is now seeking funding, pilot partners, language specialists, technical partners, and companies interested in helping to test real-world workflows.

Development path
Phase 1: Services and Pilot Projects
ClearNord begins with practical services: AI governance maturity assessments, implementation planning, linguistic compliance support, human-quality assured translation, and controlled pilot projects.
Goals This phase helps to uncover real customer needs, typical risks, process gaps, terminology challenges, quality requirements, and documentation needs.
Phase 2: Reusable Tools for Analysis and Audit
Recurring findings and experiences from client engagements are further developed into standardized tools: checklists, templates, reporting structures, risk registers, terminology databases, process automations, as well as Microsoft 365-based solutions for reception and task tracking.
Phase 3: Platform Prototype
The next stage is to develop a working prototype for a common workspace. This will bring together document reception, AI usage checkpoints, language control, translation workflow, human quality assurance, quality metrics, sensitive content routing, and audit logs into one system.
Phase 4: Secure Multilingual Infrastructure
The long-term goal is a controlled infrastructure tailored to use cases with strict security and compliance requirements. This may include secure translation architecture, isolated data processing, control over data storage (data residency), validated support for lower-resource languages, and expanded audit documentation.

The platform should not be built in a vacuum. It should be shaped and refined by the organizations that will actually use it in their daily work.
